Our factory became the epicenter of the most extensive SEVESO tactical exercise ever organized in the county — a strategic operation carried out in collaboration with the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU), structures from the Ministry of National Defence (MAPN), the Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI), and SMURD.

An extreme scenario involving an explosion followed by a fire and hazardous substance contamination mobilized more than 100 specialists from the county’s emergency response structures, as well as ROMBAT employees. The tactical exercise included real‑mission simulations of rescue, firefighting, and decontamination; medical triage, evacuation, and inter‑institutional coordination; participation from ISU, MAPN, SRI, and SMURD units; along with the deployment of a mobile command post, a CBRN team, and an advanced medical point. During the simulation, the Red Plan was activated, and all rescue stages were carried out with professionalism and flawless coordination.
