If your car starts harder or doesn’t start at all, follow these steps:
I. If your battery has a hydrometer (magic eye):
Check the indicator color on the battery cap: green, black, or white.
a. Green: battery is in good condition. If there are still starting issues, visit the nearest authorized ROMBAT service center.

b. Black: battery is discharged. Recharge it using a charger for 24 hours (if available) or visit an authorized service center. After charging, verify the battery at ROMBAT. Also check the electrical system for over-consumption or alternator issues.
c. White: Visit an authorized service center for a detailed check-up.
II. If the battery lacks a hydrometer, visit the nearest ROMBAT service center for a full evaluation.
