The acid battery with lead has no impact on the environment when it is in use. The used battery has a negative impact on the environment, if it is not directed towards a collection-valuation network.

Recycling

Collection + Valuation of used batteries with Rombat = Resources for Romania

Contribute to the reduction of natural resources consumption by returning the used battery through the collection-valuation Rombat network, according to GD 1132/2008, regarding the legal

system of batteries and battery wastes.

SC Rombat SA, producer of lead acid batteries, collects the used batteries, with the purpose of their valuation in the Rebat Copsa Mica working point.

Rombat distributes batteries in more than 3.000 stores across the country.

Respect the GD 1132/2008 by turning in your used battery upon the acquisition of a new battery at the store or at the service unit.

Through this collection-valuation activity:

- we contribute to the environmental protection; used batteries that are thrown away pollute the soil, the water and the air

- we observe the national and European legislation

- we diminish the exploitation of natural resources

-we contribute to the maintenance of a lower selling price for the Rombat battery
